The POLA GOLD-BLUE brass furniture knob combines brushed, unlacquered brass with a lacquered sphere in a soft grey-blue, pigeon-blue shade. Its simple form and subtle colour accent make it a refined detail on a furniture front or part of a larger composition with other handles from the POLA collection.
The base of the knob is made of raw, unlacquered brass and will therefore develop a natural patina over time. Its surface may gradually change colour, darken and develop characteristic marks and variations. This is a natural property of brass and not a product defect. If you prefer brass that retains its golden colour and does not patinate, choose the POLA GOLD-BLUE GLOSS LACQUERED version.
The brass base has a brushed finish, which gives the surface a subtle visible texture. The unlacquered finish allows the brass to change naturally over time and with use. The appearance and intensity of the patina may vary depending on environmental conditions, humidity and how frequently the knob is touched.
The grey-blue sphere is lacquered and has a subtle glossy finish. Its cool blue tone contrasts with the warm colour of the brass, making POLA GOLD-BLUE suitable for both light and dark furniture fronts, as well as natural wood, stone and lacquered surfaces.
